How do I create a new customer in the Facility Module?

This article outlines the process for creating a new customer record.

Creating a customer record

From the side menu, click on Customer Setup then select Customers. Click Add Customer at the top right, 

Please Note: If the customer you are setting up is on the Laundris Property Module, the customer can provide you with a connection code to automatically create the record and import customer information.

Complete the form then select Add Customer at the bottom. The Search Your Address field may be used for quick entry.

Please Note: If you are intending to use invoice functionality, the following fields must be completed on the customer record. An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.

Payment Method*

Payment Terms*

Credit Card Tax (%) (this option appears if the Credit Card Payment Method is selected)
