What steps are involved with the facility driver process?

This article provides an overview of the workflows drivers complete during the pickup and delivery processes using the Laundris app.

**Please Note: An order must be assigned to a Driver and specific facility functions must be completed prior to orders being displayed for Drivers within the app.**

Driver Pickup Process via Laundris App (Pickup at Property)

Log into Laundris app with your email and password.

After logging in, select the Driver Process icon and tap the order ID to open. Pickup orders should automatically display.

Tap Add Laundry Cart

Tap the scan icon   to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

The scanned carts will now be highlighted in green. Tap Next.

Add a photo of the carts as a best practice, and enter a note if applicable. Tap Submit.

Tap OK. The Pickup process has been completed.

The order status is now Pickup.

Driver Facility Pickup Process via Laundris App (Outgoing from Facility to Property)


Log into Laundris app with your email and password.

After logging in, select the Driver Process icon. Select the option to Filter & Sort.

Under the actions dropdown, select the option for Pickup at Facility. This process can also be performed on a per customer basis by using the customer dropdown. 

Tap on the Order ID to select.  

Tap Scan Laundry Cart. 

Tap the scan icon to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

Tap OK. The order status is now Out for Delivery.

Dropoff at Customer via Laundris App

After logging in to the app and selecting the Driver Process Icon, tap the Order ID to process. 

 

Select Scan laundry Cart

Tap the scan icon to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

The scanned carts will now be highlighted in green. Tap Submit.

Add a photo of the carts as a best practice and enter a note if applicable. Press Submit

Tap OK. The order is now complete!
