What steps are involved with the facility driver process?

This article provides an overview of the workflows drivers complete during the pickup and delivery processes using the Laundris app.

Note: An order must be assigned to a Driver and specific facility functions must be completed prior to orders being displayed for Drivers within the app.

Driver Pickup Process via Laundris App (Pickup at Property)

  • Step 1: Log into Laundris app with your email and password.
  • Step 2: After logging in, select the Driver Process icon and tap the order ID to open. Pickup orders should automatically display.

  • Step 3: Tap Add Laundry Cart

  • Step 4: Tap the scan icon   to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

  • Step 5: The scanned carts will now be highlighted in green. Tap Next.

  • Step 6: Add a photo of the carts as a best practice, and enter a note if applicable. Tap Submit.

  • Step 7: Tap OK. The Pickup process has been completed, and the order status now displays as Pickup.

Driver Facility Pickup Process via Laundris App (Outgoing from Facility to Property)


  • Step 1: Log into Laundris app with your email and password.
  • Step 2: After logging in, select the Driver Process icon. Select the option to Filter & Sort.

  • Step 3: Under the actions dropdown, select the option for Pickup at Facility. This process can also be performed on a per customer basis by using the customer dropdown. 

  • Step 4: Tap on the Order ID to select.  

  • Step 5: Tap Scan Laundry Cart. 

  • Step 6: Tap the scan icon to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

  • Step 7: Tap OK. The order status is now Out for Delivery.

Dropoff at Customer via Laundris App

  • Step 1: After logging in to the app and selecting the Driver Process Icon, tap the Order ID to process. 

  • Step 2: Select Scan laundry Cart

  • Step 3: Tap the scan icon to scan the cart’s QR Code label, or the cart numbers can be entered manually. Tap Submit.

  • Step 4: The scanned carts will now be highlighted in green. Tap Submit.

  • Step 5: Add a photo of the carts as a best practice and enter a note if applicable. Press Submit

  • Step 6: Tap OK. The order is now complete!
